Changes to Terms & Conditions
At certain times we will alter the terms and conditions, site content, policies and prices without notification. Any alterations are effective immediately upon posting to the website.
It is important you always read the terms and conditions before booking a treatment.
Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Prices can be subject to change effective immediately upon updating of the site.
All treatments over 1hr require a $35 deposit
Deposit is refunded if appointment is cancelled 48 hours before scheduled appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without notice if the Terms and Conditions are violated or if we decide,
Confirmation of appointment
Ona salon may change your therapist on the day of your appointment without notice if deemed necessary by the salon.
Changes to appointments
If appointment is not confirmed either via responding to the text or calling 48 hours prior to the appointment then the appointment may be cancelled without notice. We charge $30 cancel fee if not notified 48 hours prior to appointment.
Appointment Confirmation
We will recommend aftercare products to use with your lashes, if you decide to use products outside of that we cannot hold responsibility for the side effects.
Aftercare
We do not offer refunds on any services. If you are unhappy with the service provided we will happily repair or fix the problem. Please be aware that eyelash extensions CAN result in an allergic reaction which Ona salon is NOT responsible for and will not offer a refund in these circumstances. If you are concerned that you may react or have reacted in the past, we offer patch tests before committing to a whole set of lashes.
